My Amazon Basics chair that I got in 2020 had broken, so I got this to replace it. My only issue is that the LED lights aren't working correctly, which is one of the reasons I got this. They'll be fine for a while—an hour or so—then freeze and eventually get really dim. The remote also doesn't work when this happens, so I turn it off at the power source and leave it alone for a while. I note that the connection where the USB plugs into the battery is kind of loose, and if I move it around, the lights kind of flicker, but doesn't do much else. I don't know if that's the issue, though, as when I turn it back on after a while, it works fine until the next time it happens. I don't know if this is a defect with the chair or something, but I am not really going to fault the seller for this. I may eventually order a different brand chair with LED lights elsewhere to match my keyboard, mouse, and speakers with LED lights. EDIT: As an update, the issue is with the battery pack, specifically with the USB outlet in it, and not the LED lights. I plugged the chair directly into a USB outlet powered by electricity, and it hasn't had issues since.

Cool chair, grandson loves it I only gave it 4 stars because the power source is a little sketchy, you have two features, vibrating pad and cool lights , but only one battery pack with only one plug, so you need to unplug one feature to plug in and use the other. Also there doesn't seem to be a convenient place to store the battery pack. Seems like little thought was givin to the power source for the chair lights and vibration. Other than that it's a nice chair.

This was a birthday gift for my son's 17th bday. He absolutely loves it! The lights and the massage feature are awesome features, especially for Jose long gamin' sessions. One down side was that it only came with one battery pack so both the massager and lights can't be plugged in at the same time... At least not via the battery box. A double USB/usb-c battery box or two would have made it perfect! Regardless, he's more than satisfied. Even putting it together wasn't terrible. Instructions were well written.

This chair is perfect for the office. No damage and the LED lights give the chair a wonderful look. It is not super comfortable but I can see me sitting in the chair for long periods of time.

Great for the price.
