High quality, great tasting seaweed sheets. I have ordered this seaweed several times and the quality and taste has always been very consistent across orders. I use it to make a popcorn seasoning recipe, shredded and mixed with bonito flakes, salt, sesame seeds and additional spices. It's the perfect addition. With the high quality of the sheets and the great taste, I expect it would be very good for sushi rolls as well.

This seaweed is very good quality. The flavor is good and the seaweed is fresh but sturdy. I had been buying packs of seaweed nori sheets from the local grocery store, and just trying to get a single sheet out of the package was difficult because the sheets were very thin and fragile and would rip and tear too easily. But the seaweed in Choi's is robust and does not rip or tear.

It’s okay. I’ve had better tasting nori than this. I can taste some flavor but there’s no kick to it. It taste plain. For those who like to eat bland sushi I can say that this will be for you. I say what I like about it is that it’s organic but that’s just it. Hubby went to the store and got the other brand that we love instead for half the price and way better taste.

My local store never seemed to have their 50-pack of roasted seaweed in stock, so I looked around Amazon and read reviews. I ordered this brand because they were Organic and had good reviews. It tastes great and wraps well. I like it so much, I am ordering another package of them. Some of the reviews are ridiculous about the warning of not eating the desiccant. It clearly says to not eat the desiccant, right on the package. But I guess some people either cannot read, or don't know what desiccant is? Hey people have you heard of the computer and the world wide web? That wonderful invention that allows you to look up words that you don't understand so you can read what it is, just like a dictionary. Try it sometimes before you write ridiculous negative reviews. This seaweed is edible and tastes great!!!!!!!!!!!!
