The product was delivered on time. The ear cleaner itself is good — excellent quality, safe to use, has a pleasant scent, and offers great value for money. However, the outer paper box was slightly damaged inside the parcel, which shows that the packaging or handling during delivery could be improved. Overall, the product works well and I’m satisfied with its functionality.

I bought it for my cat and it worked well. She was shaking her head continuously for some days so I baught it for her use. How to apply: For cats- 2-3 DROPS PER EAR is enough. Scruff them and tilt their head then apply it so it goes into the ear canal. Then rub thr base area of ears for 1 minute. Allow them to shake their head then take a cotton stick and gently clean the ear canals. I don't like the smell of it.

My suggestion to every pet parent who wants to get this product is to get it but be careful as this smells like soap, foams like soap and cleans really quick which is good but at the same time concerning, so I would suggest that if you want to use this then please do not put it in the pets ear directly rather take a tissue or a pet wipe pour out little solution on that and clean the ear but onlyyy on the outer ends of the ear canal and do not go too deep into the ear while using this! This does the job and at the same time doesn't irritate your pet!

I had read many Reviews of this product. I go with majority review. It is good for ears. I have never seen any frothing in the ear. I squeeze two large portions of liquid into each ear rub the base of the ears and after some time clean with dog wet wipes, every week. It has substantially reduced ear itching. Highly recommend it.

Used for GSD mix with floppy ears Every few days my dog would start shaking her head violently in the middle of the night followed by a vet visit the next morning and an ear cleanup. It was a vicious cycle, and it didn't seem to be working. The problem always came back. Anyway, I was searching on Amazon for a good alternative ear cleaner to the one we were using at the time (since it didn't seem to be working). I read the reviews for the Vivaldis ear solution and it sounded promising. Checked with my vet, and she gave it a thumbs up as well, so I went ahead and bought it. Our experience: The solution comes with a nozzle to help the liquid get into the ear canal easily. We held our dog's head slightly tilted upwards and squeezed the ear cleaner close to her ear canal. Just one or two quick squeezes of the bottle sprays enough solution for one cleaning. Gently rubbed the base of her ear for the solution to do its work (it works up into a froth and all the dirt inside is pushed out). We waited a couple of minutes and then started cleaning our dog's ear with a cotton ball. The solution completely emptied out her earwax. We had no idea she had so much wax buildup in her ear canal, the poor thing. We're using this once a week now on vet's orders and she is a much, much happier dog because of it. NOTE: For a thorough ear cleaning we use a muzzle. We have a rambunctious dog and she hates getting her ears cleaned.
