Quality is good but lid is not tight.

After buying a range of products from Signoraware I have no doubt in my mind that it is the market leader when it comes to plastic items. It offers everything that a customer can ask for, from quality to price and from style to variety. Although Tupperware is also a high end brand but it does not sell plastic containers of large capacity. If you are looking to organise your kitchen's storage then you have to look nowhere except Signoraware. This 5.5 litre container could easily fill in 4.5 kgs of sugar which might serve as an indicator of its storage capacity w.r.t. groceries. The best thing about this container is that it is not like the usual air tight containers whose lids get so tightly closed that opening them becomes a real task. This container, on the other hand, comes with a smooth fixing lid despite being extremely airtight. The size of the container is perfect for storing items such as sugar, pulses, flour,etc which are usually present in larger quantities in any kitchen. The matt finish of the container allows you to easily see through and at the same time ensures the aesthetics of your kitchen don't spoil. I will highly recommend this product just for it's shear durability, material quality and value for money among other things. Why did you pick this product vs others?: The container is well built, perfectly shaped for modern day kitchenware. I use it for puffed rice (muri/poha). The lid opener is air tight, so the puffed rice’s quality remains intact. It contains upto 650 gms of puffed rice.

The size shown is 5l. But in case you are planning to store something solid like rice or flour, it is small for 5kg

Size too small

I bought this 5.5 litres capacity container to store grains and atta. After having used it for a few days, I am writing this review. Quality of the product is good and cover is air tight. In the picture I have uploaded, I have measured and stored 2.5 kg of wheat flour. It has scope to store about 500g to 750g more as per my guess. The Juice packs I have kept on the container are to give other buyers an estimate of the size of the container. I am satisfied with my purchase.
