Editing my review: we had a crack on install contacted the supplier within a day had a response and a new part on the way. Received the part within days and have received the best customer service I have had in along time !!! And our shower head is amazing ! Highly recommend I would give this a 5 star cause it’s beautiful and great water pressure but like others ours came cracked and is now leaking from the side of the port. We have already installed this so disappointed

I needed to replace an old shower head at my parents house. Mom wanted a handheld shower option. I LOVE it. Easy to install, great color coded directions. It took longer to remove the 20 year old head than it took to install the new one. Highly recommend Kroil to loosen old rusted in place screws. One of the best features is the cleaning jet on the handheld. I did remove the o-ring to increase water flow ... as some of the other reviewers have advised.

I am so happy with this shower head. It took a little bit of figuring out the installation because the tightness had the head facing up instead of down. I was afraid I would break it but I eventually got it to face down and be tight without leaking. The shower feels amazing and the water quality is great. I do have another filter I bought previously attached to the main pipe so with two filters per head I am loving it. It feels like I’m standing under a natural waterfall. I look forward to taking my showers now more than before.

I am obsessed with this shower head. I have noticed a big difference in the softness of my hair just because of the filter that is in here. It is very easy to switch settings between the rainfall and the normal handheld shower head. I love having both of them on at the same time I have seriously had the best most comfortable showers I've ever had because of this shower head. The temperature on the rainfall shower is slightly colder only because it has longer to fall to get to you compared to the smaller head but that does not bother me at all because science. Seriously in love with this shower head. It makes showering with my husband alone nicer too because we can aim one of the shower heads at me and then he can stand under the other one. No one gets cold. 10/10 I'm obsessed everyone deserves one of these.
