Secures rug firmly
Does the trick, secured hallway rug doesn’t budge, easy to apply, would highly recommend

Generally pretty good, but don't last that long
At first, I thought these were amzing as they are easy to apply, super-grippy without using adhesive on the floor itself, and the rug wasn't budging. However, after a while, when it came to move the rug/vacuum the floor, the pads had stuck to the floor so much, they ripped off the rug - and failed to stick back on with quite the same stickiness. It means now that while the pads stay in place on the floor, the rug itself sometimes shifts, exposing the horrible sticky patches underneath. Just could've done with a bit more adhesion to the rug, and a bit less to the floor!

does the job brilliantly
I've had these nearly 4 months on a small bedside rug. It gets lots of friction from me and as the launch pad for my 20kg dog to leap onto the bed throughout the day. We vacuum around it and on top of it too. The rug is felted wool on a hardwood floor and hasn't moved AT ALL! It's still perfectly in place. Since it's holding so well, I'm nervous about removing it someday. I'll worry about that then.
