Lisle 29090 Truck Anchor Pin Bushing Kit

If you’re working on heavy trucks regularly like I am, the Lisle 29090 is one of those tools you don’t realize you need—until you use it. Ease of Use: This thing makes pulling and installing anchor pin bushings way faster. The fact that you can get the job done without pulling the hub assembly saves a ton of time and hassle. Just hook it up to the air hammer and let it eat. I’ve used it on several brake jobs already and it’s held up no problem. Design: The double-sided driver setup is solid—one end for removal, the other for installing the new bushing. It’s simple, but super effective. The length is decent for most applications, though I could see how on some setups (especially deeper hubs) you might want a bit more reach. Durability: So far, it’s taken a beating and hasn’t flinched. I’m not gentle with my tools, and this one’s held up just fine under shop use. Bottom Line: If you’re still hammering out bushings the old-fashioned way, this tool is a no-brainer. It’s not just a time saver—it makes the job cleaner and keeps you from wrestling with rusted junk all day. Definitely worth the money if you work on medium- or heavy-duty trucks.

Absolutely amazing tool. You will probably still need a torch to heat it up but it better than trying to beat them out with a hammer. I used it to set in the new bushings too, slightly pull the trigger on air hammer and sets the new anchor pin bushings in perfectly.

I've already had the short version of this tool for years. Picked up this longer version to make it easier to get some anchor pin bushings out around the hub flange. Works great for that purpose.

This tool is worth every penny, every shop needs one! Saves an incredible amount of time. Used it for the first time today on all 3 axles

For the price, and availability. Very good, used a matco one twice and every time it snapped in half. This one i used several times and is still going strong. Highly recommend over name brand.

I haven't given this much time in the way of using it all the time. But it does work as much and way cheaper then other name brand companies. If you work on Commercial trailers then this is a must for replacing brakes.

Use it frequently. Great buy.

Works great but you do have to heat around severely stuck pins but once you heat around them with a good air hammer they push right out
