Great product ! Works very well for me. I don’t really like the packaging I would prefer if it came in a bottle, is the only down side for me.

This is the ONLY prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic that is fermented at least 3 years. The benefit is always in the fermenting. This turned around my son when he had colitis. Not worth the price . I followed the exact instructions but didnt feel any difference. Better to use fermented cabbage to get your probiotics
