I looked for a few months for a faucet that was attractive and AFFORDABLE! I was nervous about getting this one because I didn't recognize the brand name, but I gave it a try and I'm so glad I did! It works great and was extremely easy to install even tho my sink gives little room to work with underneath where the lines go. I would definitely recommend it!

I bought this touchless kitchen faucet in August of 2023. It worked flawlessly, until In January, 2026, I noticed that the turn-off time had slowed down to about 2 seconds along with a squeaking sound. I emailed Kicimpro customer support and, after a few questions, they sent me out a brand new faucet! This is unbelievable customer support for a 2.5 year old faucet! The new faucet arrived in a couple days, and I was able to remove the old one and install the new one in less than an hour (taking my time). I could probably do it in half that time, but I'm super careful about everything. Installation is straight-forward with good instructions. Overall, I'm quite happy!

Decided to switch faucets in the kitchen because we have shallow sinks and I was tired of trying to wash larger dishes and making a mess. I bought this one because the price was reasonable and under budget. I love the finish. It was easy to install. I had to buy the cover plate separately, but that's ok. I gave 5 stars because of the ease of installation and stylishness of this faucet..but it only lasted me about a year before I had to replace it. I didn't buy another one of these, I went with a more expensive, nicer style faucet that will hopefully last a little longer than this. The issue I had with this faucet was the hot water hose inside the faucet itself started to leak out of nowhere, which is not able to be replaced or repaired. So it may be a defect with the faucet so beware, and check under your sink every so often for leaks.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: After posting my original review of this product (below), the manufacturer contacted me and was eager to see what they could do to make things right. They offered to replace the original product or give me a refund. I asked if they had another model of faucet that would work better with my filtration system, but they did not. They gave me a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. While this product was not a good match for my application, the product overall seems to be of good quality and came with flexible options for easy installation. Also, the manufacturer did come back to me and worked to resolve the situation the best they could. Therefore, I increased my star rating from 2 to 4. I bought this a while back, mainly because the style of it matched my new kitchen sink faucet, and because the price seemed reasonable. The listing states it can be used with "Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration" systems. I have a water filtration system that worked perfectly with my old drinking water faucet, but a wanted a new one that matched the style and finish of my new sink and faucet. While it does match, the water flow is so strong that if you try to fill a cup or glass the water splashes out of it and all over the sink and counter. I contacted the manufacturer and, instead of being eager to help, they seemed to be skeptical about what I was reporting to them, and wanted me to take videos and send them to them. The overall tone of their response did not lead me to believe they truly wanted to help, but instead wanted me to jump through hoops before they would lift a finger to help. I was not impressed with their lack of interest in helping me with this problem. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it was fairly easy to install and came with a variety of adapters and options for installation.

My original faucet became loose. This was a fine replacement which installed easily.

This water valve for the kitchen sink it's very nice. I like to satin finish and the controls and ease of opening and closing and the size fits perfect on my kitchen. Buy it you'll like it.

UPDATE: 03/27/24 I was able to contact the manufacturer after calling Amazon and Kicimpro’s Support email address, and was delighted to find out the faucet was still under a limited lifetime warranty! Woo hooo! The representative was very helpful and is sending a replacement for the faucet! Overall, I had no problem with this faucet until the ice storm and I’ve insulated the cabinet and the pipes so I’m sure it’ll be fine! Thank you Kicimpro & Amazon! The Kicimpro Matte Black Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer was a dream come true when I remodeled my kitchen less than a year ago. It no longer works. Installation was a breeze, and it worked great for 9-10 months, and then we had an ice storm and everything froze: this faucet and the steel pipes under the kitchen sink. Attempts to thaw the faucet failed, and it took 8 days for the cold water to come on, and after 11 days the hot water never came on. I had to call a plumber to clear the line which he did. However, the hot water pressure was a trickle, despite no pipes bursting and the hot water pressure being fine. It has remained like this since. I finally called in another plumber and he did a more thorough exam of the situation, also blew out the lines, hot and cold, and determined that the faucet is the problem. Apparently, the ice storm froze something inside the faucet, and it was never the same since. The issue is now I need to replace the faucet. The Chinese manufacturer 's "support website" is disabled, so not only is Kicimpro's product support NOT available, neither is a REPLACEMENT or a REFUND. And Amazon will most likely tell me "It's beyond the return window." For these reasons, despite the price and style, I don't recommend this faucet or frankly buying products from China on Amazon. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've run into this same issue with this manufacturer scenario.

Update: I received a replacement and so far so good I must have just got a lemon before. Everything seems to be working fine. Water pressure seems better than the previous one that I had received. Good customer service. I recommend giving it a buy. Good price point and nice looking. Happy with this new faucet! I am not happy with this faucet DON’T buy it. At first I was impressed with the looks of it and thought how nice and high quality it looked. After not even having it three months the sprayer function has stopped. And I feel like the water pressure quality is low. Do yourself a favor and don’t go cheap like I did. Buy another brand.
