Joe's Gourmet Fish Fry

Wow . This breading is amazing, it is crunchy and tasty I will be buying again 😋 it's simply delicious. As someone with 6 other breading in my pantry all good this is by far the best. I don't understand how it can still be so crunchy. Very delicious. Only thing it's a mess when doing the wash as you are using egg to coat the food, but WELL WORTH the mess

This was really good. Made it with thin chicken cutlets per the instructions. Divided the chicken and fried in half an inch of oil, and baked at 350 (both methods until the chicken temped at 165). Half the baked chicken coating cake off when I pulled it out of the dish - there is probably an easy solution for that but I don’t know it. When I tasted it, I didn’t think “this is the best chicken ever” but then I ate everything that was leftover from dinner. I’m married to one of those people who doesn’t love food (I don’t get it either) and after having a piece he said, “I like the seasoning on this.” And he never comments on food, so that bumped my review from 4 stars to five. Our one year old ate it too, so the spice can’t be too overwhelming. I’ll probably order another when this runs out just to keep on hand. I only wish I’d also ordered that silicone splatter guard someone was pimping on Shark Tabk recently, too. Frying inside is such a mess, yet undeniably delicious.

I saw this product on Shark Tank and it sounded delicious. I was especially pleased that they said it can be used on chicken because that’s all my husband eats. I don’t think I myself would use it again on chicken but I can’t wait to try it on fish. It does taste a tad bit salty tho.

Saw this on Shark Tank and liked the creators, but the flavors are good -- just not as seen on TV. Fun to dip the fish in egg wash and to cover with these flavored bread crumbs. Just wouldn't get it again.

I am always looking for new recipes for fish, and thought I had the best fish fry recipe from an inn owner in Alaska until I tried this. We saw it on Shark Tank and wanted to try it. The flavor is fantastic....no need to add anything or change it at all. It is my "go to" for both guests and an easy weeknight dinner. We have also used it on chicken and zucchini and it is equally as great. Love it!

Well I bought this because of Shark Tank episode and how great this product was. It doesn't taste any different from the other products out there That are made out of cornmeal. So safe your money and just buy regular old cornmeal.

Used Joe's Fish Fry to make fried catfish tonight, cooked it in peanut oil. The flavor is outstanding with no need to add additional salt, very crispy and left the catfish super tender on the inside. I would have taken a picture but it didn't last that long, both my wife and I ate it up too fast! It doesn't hurt that the owners Joe and Maranda just make you smile every time you see them. Will definitely buy this again.

This product has great taste and is relatively easy to use if you dry your seafood thoroughly, coat it with the seasoning mix, dip it in an egg wash and let the excess drip away, and then re-coat and sit for a little bit while you heat the oil. Nice and not-too-spicy!
