Just got home from a 5 day fishing trip. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the espresso and the ease of use of our pixapresso. We were able to make many espressos with preheated water. It does use up a lot of battery power when using it to heat the water. But in a crunch, it can heat up water pretty quickly and efficiently. And make several drinks before needing recharged. The picture shows my whole setup. With the nespresso pod knockoffs, we were able to fill with our own coffee grounds and also very happy and satisfied with the results using those. We also used the ground coffee option, which was also just as enjoyable. The stand I am using for our Pixapresso was purchased separately and the sticker received with the pixapresso was used to put on the stand to customize it. All the accessories were purchased through Amazon as well. Being able to customize the filter to accommodate 16 g of coffee was primarily the reason behind purchasing this particular portable espresso maker. This is the only portable espresso maker I have used so unable to compare it to how others might perform. The charging cord provided is extremely short, but it is a USB -C, and we always have many of those types of cords laying around. There are 2 other color options available, but not on Amazon it seems. I would have preferred the Olive green, but it's not a huge issue. This is also very easy to maintain and keep clean.

Awesome, just awesome. Take coffee and water with you for your morning rides, stop at wherever you want and make yourself a normal coffee. Very portable. Easy to clean, super easy to use, and brew speed - who cares, it does it when you dont need to make a fire )))

I’m absolutely loving this espresso maker! As a coffee enthusiast, I’m thrilled to have a great shot of espresso at my fingertips. The dual option of capsules and fresh grounds is a huge plus. The heating feature is fantastic, but I must admit, it drains the battery much faster than using already hot water. Despite this minor drawback, it’s still a fantastic product overall.

Been using this at sea level with freshly-ground beans and it has been great. I brought it with me to use while on vacation at altitude (9800 ft) with Nespresso pods and it would not brew. It could not build up enough pressure to dispense more than ~ 5 ml and then would quit. Also since water boils at lower temperature at altitude, it has trouble achieving the target temp even at the lowest setting. After arriving at home, I tested it again with a Nespresso pod and it worked perfectly. Just keep in mind if you're planning on using it at altitude, that it may not work as expected.

Super easy to use, tons of options for fine tuning. I mainly use it for double espresso and it's almost identical to my bigger espresso machine! Everything is well thought to the detail. I was between this one and the super popular outin nano but that one doesn't have double espresso. This one has it, and more options, battery can be changed eventually, etc.

This portable electric coffee maker is easy to carry, but the actual performance is fairly average. The heating and brewing process is slow, and the coffee quality is nothing special. Battery life is limited and requires frequent charging, making the overall experience underwhelming.

I really wanted this to work ... love espresso. Took it for a month in China off-beaten-path, with good ground coffee and nespresso capsules. The nespresso capsules worked pretty well; not exciting flavor, but good enough. The ground coffee was tricky to not compact too much, it leaked water outside (not thru the coffee) causing scalding hands, and produced very little coffee (1 oz?). I tried repeatedly, assured the sequence of parts was correct, that the bottom was tight, no luck. So I hauled it all around China then returned it for refund. I hope the company improves its function ... if it did grounds well, it would be in my bag on every trip.

Ok, I’m very impressed. My first shot was so rich and full of flavor. I cannot wait to go hiking with my friend so I can bust this out and have some seriously yummy espresso made with the water from the stream we’re sitting next to. This is a serious game changer for espresso on the go!

Muy buena opción si te gusta el Café expresso, muy facil de usar si utilizas cápsulas NS y requiere algo de conocimiento para usarla con café molido ya que es indispensable que no quede ni muy fino ni muy gruesa la molienda y lo otro es que el tampeo sea el adecuado

This is a genius piece of equipment for awesome coffee on the go. I bought this for my camper van and it's almost perfect. The only limitation is the quality of coffee you choose.it only has enough power for 3 or 4 coffees between charges, but it doesn't take long to recharge. Not cheap, but worth every penny if you appreciate your coffee and you travel.

Saca un buen café. Compatibilidad con cápsulas nespresso total. También puedes usarlo con café molido, obviamente es en esta manera cuando más rico, para mi, esta. La batería un poco justa a mi parecer pero suficiente. De momento la máquina funciona a la perfección.

Bekomme sehr guten Espresso, leicht unter der Qualität der Picopresso, mit etwas gröberem Mahlgrad (1 Click gröber) aber annähernd ähnlich. Wie bei der Picopresso heisser Wasservorlauf verbessert Geschmack. Tampern ist weniger professionnel als bei der Picopresso da nur mit dem plastik "Löffel" der beiliegt getampert werden kann. Um die genaue Quantität vom Kaffee zu bekommen stelle ich die Menge auf Maximum und breche manuel bei der gewünschten Menge (2 mal das Gewicht der Bohnen - Ratio 1/2) ab. Ich messe mit der Wage von Wacaco, funktionniert sehr gut und genau.
