I was hesitant because it is pricey but I have to say the benefits are worth it. I have idiopathic constipation, hashimotos and celiac disease. I usually take Sena tea weekly but it isn’t good to take all the time. I was getting worried about my inflammation. I started taking this and the results were instant. Digestion has been the best I have ever had in my life. I am able to have at least one bowel movement a day which is not normal for me. I can go days without it and it’s awful. The only downside is side is having to remember to take this before each meal, which I don’t. I take it when I remember which is usually after my meals LOL, but it still works. Don’t worry if it arrives without an ice pack. The packaging says it doesn’t need one. I know some reviews say it should but not this one. I am excited to have found this and give it 5 stars!

These were recommended by my natural therapist and I literally cannot go without them. Even if I have to go a day, I notice a huge difference in how bloated I feel from poor digestion. While they may not be what everyone needs, I am glad that I found them.
