The best features of AquaTru are the ease of use, the sleek design, and the glass carafe. The unit was well-packaged. The setup document was clear, and easy-to-read. I researched a number of counter top RO units, and the AquaTru came out on top. I'm glad that I purchased the AquaTru.

After scouring the internet and doing my research on reverse osmosis system, I purchased this unit, and I was rewarded with a very good filtering system. The cartridges are very easier to install, easy to operate the unit, and the instructions were terrific. Best part is the water taste fresh with no after taste. The carafe is a nice size, and the filtering process is quite fast. This is my second reverse osmosis countertop system, and I'm hoping this unit will last for quite a long time. I had to give up drinking tap water even with using a PUR filter because the water was making me sick. My hubby and I always drank reverse osmosis bottled water, and when on occasion we would run out upon drinking the tap, I ended up getting sick again. A reverse osmosis system is a health necessity for me and glad I've landed a good unit.

The product works as described! It would be nice if they could figure out a way not to waste so much water in the reservoir because once it’s finished they’re still close to a quarter of the reservoir that retains water that has to be thrown away!!!

water is fine, but the app sucks to be honest, i can't get it to connect to my local network.

Installed it fully & waited for the carafe to fill up. It did not fill up. Half way through it gave a message to fill it with water. The tank was 3/4th full but it still gave a message. The carafe was 1/2 full also. It does not fill the carafe fully & is very slow. Not what it looks like or what they say it is. Yes it is all WiFi & app connected but doesn’t work the way it is advertised. Think before you invest in this expensive item.
