Update! I’m returning. This medication shouldn’t be sold without medical prescription. It is so strong it made me feel bad. Do not buy unless your doctor recommends it I had been using the 0.7% saline solution for a few days but I wanted something a bit stronger so I decided to try this 7% version. And wow you can feel the difference right away. When I nebulized it for the first time, it felt much stronger, almost to the point of discomfort, and it made me cough a lot during the treatment. However, afterwards I felt my chest much more open and breathing easier. Just keep in mind that this concentration is way stronger than 0.7%, and it may cause coughing or irritation while using it. Because of how strong it is, I would highly recommend checking with your doctor before switching to this concentration, especially if you have any respiratory conditions.

I bought this saline solution for my daughter when she had a cold, and it helped her a lot. The vials are easy to open and use, and the amount is perfect for nasal cleaning. I was looking for something to help clear my throat and this type of solution was recommended. I use in a portable inhaler. First time using and could not use the mouthpiece as the solution being a little stronger than normal saline, I have to use the mask piece with it. It may take time to get use to the solution and for me to do more frequent. It made my throat tickle a bit when inhaled, but again that may be a personal issue not the solution. I will continue to use. Delivery was quick, packaged very well and dates clearly on the box.
