This is a great product. All the important data that medical personnel or facilities would need is right there. I filled out my information with the very easy to follow directions and had my son test it. Everything came right up on his phone and there is no sensitive information that someone could use for nefarious intentions. I also like the fact that the QR code is towards the back so a random person walking by could not scan it without your knowledge. The only thing that I wish they had included is a section for religious preferences which is important to me and others I know, but I just added that to the important information area. I was hesitant at first on using this, or any other product, with a website that collects and stores data (big brother is watching) but they do not really ask for anything that is not pertaining to EMS care and they do not ask for any sensitive information.

Los espacios para escribir datos son suficientes aunque me parece que debería ser un poco mayor. Agradecería que marcaran espacios para indicar específicamente órganos que se desea donar, deseos de recepción de sangre, de no reanimación si se deseara, derechohabiencia o contacto del médico de cabecera, etc... Yo escribí lo extra que consideré importante en un espacio general al final. Ojo. La página no tiene opción en español, pero puedes escribir sin problemas. A veces algunas palabras se corrigen erróneamente. Por ejemplo, escribí "complicación neuropática" y me alteraba la palabra "complicación" por otra similar pero de significado distinto. Tuve que cambiar la redacción para que se conservara el texto exacto. Relación Costo-calidad-beneficio-utilidad, es excelente. Contenta con lo obtenido.

A card was provided to me by the surgeon for me to carry at all times but what happens in case of emergency or I cannot speak for myself?! Not to mention I am terrible with my wallet (not bringing it everywhere) I was hoping this would be the answer and it is! The set up was ULTRA EASY, you can add as much information as you like! Emergency contacts with a direct link to call them once scanned. You can send the owners location to the emergency contact if needed. Up to 4 emergency contacts. A place for surgeries youve had, medications you take, family doctor info, specialist info if needed, if you have any implants like I I do, place for health insurance info if you have any, you can submit a picture of yourself so you can clearly see it's you, and much much more!! I think every senior should have this!!! It's beneficial for the prescriptions alone, let alone anything else that is crucial to know. I seen a couple reviews where the scan didn't work so well but my whole family was able to scan from their phones without issue!! So easy to set up and use! A must have!!!
