This pillow was just what I needed. My ears were always sore from side sleeping, now I no longer have ear pain. The pillow hole could have been a little larger for me but overall I recommend this pillow.

This item is so nice. It is super small so its easy to find a comfy way to lay. The hole is big wnough for my ear and it makes sleeping so much more comfortable. I have been using it for six months and it has kept me sleeping like a baby! It is thin so you can use it with your regular pillow if you want, but I find it’s most comfortable on its own. Nice and firm, holds its shape well, and functions exactly how it should! Would recommend to anyone looking for a piercing pillow.

Gives me good ear protection; but how anyone can say that the cover is removable for washing I don't understand. The little zipper in the tight cover opening (to remove filler) is less than 3" long. Filler would be in shreds by the time it was removed and stuffing it back in would only result in a lumpy pillow. All in all, I don't think it was a very good purchase with no way to keep it clean.

I injured my back. While awaiting back surgery I can only sleep on one side. The prominent places on my ear developed pressure sores that were painful, open and bleeding. I tried everything possible but I couldn't sleep due to the discomfort. I ordered this pillow. This pillow is amazing! I am finally sleeping pain free for the 1st time since February. Great price for a quality item!

The size is good very comfortable and it Is washable and I've had no problems using this ear pillow. I've had no on my ears since I've been using this ear pillow

I just had my second, third and fourth holes done and honestly it hurts less to just lie on my pillow than use this. The hole is too small I think (even for my tiny ears) and so the pillow presses my ear a bit no matter how I try to move it and hurts. I hope it will be more helpful for a single cartilage piercing.
