The ball is easy to inflate and easy to deflate if you need to adjust the tension. Good quality. I use it regularly in my workouts.

Just the size I needed for my prescribed physical therapy. It arrives deflated, but the included small pump works perfectly. I especially like the clever storage slot in the pump's handle for the pin. Remove the pin from the handle, screw it into the base and inflation is quick and easy.
