I purchased this to pump up a physical therapy ball I ordered, and it worked well for what I needed it for. This came with a short hose and needles to pump up a ball or other item you need to inflate. I am happy with my purchase.

This hand pump works as prescribed. We needed a new yoga ball pump, and it did the job.

I liked the versatility of the tips. It worked great for pumping balloons, theraball, etc. The only problem I had was that the balloon tip is small, so I had to really pinch the balloon as I was pumping so that the air didn't go out. It also pumps air only when you push it. (Some push air as you move the handle in both directions). These were minor issues which I was easily able to work around.

I used this pump to blow up my giant Christmas ball ornaments. Very easy to use and had lots of different tip for different jobs.
