Light weight and yet powerful
This machine is a major upgrade from the old Lenovo X1 Carbon that served me well for 9 years. The Intel Core Ultra 7 265U processor comes with an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) making this a Copilot + laptop. I powered it up, connected to WIFI, followed the prompt, and it was up and running. Extremely happy with this purchase1

X1 is a great machine for business
Excellent so far, performance is fast, battery life is good, I like the touch screen very much, it adds to the ease of the interface. I recommend the X1.

It crashed from the start
This laptop crashed continuously even during the initial setup. Got a blue screen many times. Had to return it as it kept crashing/restarting itself. I ran the Lenovo hardware test and all was reported as “pass”, and reinstalled the OS from the Microsoft cloud… didn’t help.

Update of my initial review of Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop
Worst product ever purchased and expensive at that. Used only once and was put aside for a while. When turned on the second time, the Lenovo ThinkPad flashes the (ESC key+F1 and F4) which indicates a memory retraining exercise. Did not reset after 1 entire night. Took the laptop to get it repaired and they were unsuccessful getting it to Reset. They are looking to replace the memory. Lenovo Laptop was truly disappointing.

It’s incredibly user-friendly and practical, making my tasks much easier and more efficient. The setup was straightforward, and the performance has been reliable without any hiccups.

It shuts down abruptly without notice due to too large workload (a few YouTube videos and some websites open…)

I purchased it 5 months ago and now the screen is becoming black alone and it does want to charge anymore. I need an urgent support !!!! I purhcase it keep ot at least 4 years not 5 months.
