Works as described. Seems to have a safe mode for low battery takes about 2 hours to charge my vans lithium battery. Easy to use and set up keep in mind you need the Bluetooth module if you want the phone app.

So far, this keeps my lithium battery charged quite well. I have it running off of another battery that also runs some other devices. But I needed my lithium battery just for my subwoofers and am. So I needed a dedicated charger to keep it running steady. This certainly does the job. I would definitely buy this again as I feel like I got a fantastic value. It feels like quality workmanship. The only thing I would do is have larger connections for my positive and negative cables. I am enjoying this very much.

Works ok for a short camping trips. But for RV or van lifers that need something reliable go with Victron. I have had nothing but problems with Renogy. But so far this one is working as advertised, for now

I Installed this in my trailers, and when I connected the 7-way plug from the trailer to the truck, the DC-DC 20 charger 20A would start charging my lithium batteries. My amp meter showed the current rise to about 15 amps and then drop straight to 0. The charger kept shutting off. The 10 AWG wire from the alternator back to the 7-way trailer connector couldn't supply enough current for a full 20-amp charge. The input voltage would drop from 14.0 volts down to 11 volts, which caused the charger to stop charging.. There is a 10-AMP setting, but you have to buy the $30 BT-2 adapter (not included) to change the output current from 20 amps to 10 amps. When I changed it to 10 amp via the extra cost of the BT-2 adapter, it works fine and provides 10 amp of charging. If the BT-2 adapter had been included, I would have been happy to give this item more stars. This charger is better suited for VANS or motorhomes that do not run through a 7-way RV connector and can use thicker wire.

Works well.. The app is not great and only works with the added bluetooth piece. Doesnt show the battery level just stays the same all of the time. Seems to work ok. Tech support uses an AI bot which is one of the best I have every used, however, getting to a live person is like pulling teeth. Lots of confusion on if it comes with the app or not. It doesnt.

Game changer. I have two 100amp batteries that I thought I was getting a good charge and management out of what I had. I learned quickly that this is a necessity.
