Nice rings, I like that the rings are adjustable to fit my thumb or index finger. I've had them for a short time and hopefully they will help.

These rings are nice but very large. If you have skinny fingers I would not recommend. When adjusted to the smallest they are still large on my thumbs. I would send back but not an easy return, like taking to Kohls or Whole Foods
