Everything went together easily, one person, me, an eighty year old guy.I used some of the cabinetry and modified to combine with my exiting tv cabinet. Worked out very well. The fireplace, that was delivered separately,was damaged. I contacted customer service, and within 2 to 3 days, another was delivered... Great customer service, and the log set is really nice looking for an imitation fire

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this fireplace for our TV. Very solid and well made. Will order from this company again. The fireplace heats nicely and looks sharp! Update. Within 2 months the fireplace started making a loud noise and smells hot. Reaching out to company today. Will update with solution.Update. Great customer service. Sent out a new replacement right away. Then verified that it worked with no problem. Totally recommend and Lots of compliments on it to.

The media could not be loaded. The good thing about this item is that the heater works the rest of it is very chinky looking and I would not put this in my living room
