Still in the honeymoon but works as advertised. Mop sometimes is streaky. Vacuum works great. Can see how upgraded models would be better.

I love Roborock vacuums. BUT this one Q10 purchased October 2025 has very annoying issues. I have purchased four Roborocks and this is the first time I have had anything but praise for them. The issues: Emptying the bin is much more difficult than the other models. I constantly have to actually pull the debris out of the bin. Navigation- I run my Roborock daily and it consistently has issues finding the dock when it finishes. It also gets trapped in rooms I did not select for room cleaning. This is not a once in a while issue it is everyday. Because of this I cannot schedule it to run if I am not home. I have remapped several times to see if this fixes the issue. It doesn't. The default is mop and vacuum. Since I vacuum everyday and mop ever 3 or 4 days this is annoying. I irt would default to vacuum only and I could select mop and vac when needed. The good Suction is excellent. It cleans well as do the others I have purchased. I also have the Q5 Pro purchased January 2025 which I love. The Q7 Max was purchased November 2022. I was going to give this one to my dil but I may have to use it instead of the Q10.

Should have invested in a robot vacuum cleaner a long time ago, works great and learns quickly. Should have invested in the station model considering the dust bin and floor cleaner capacity are tiny.

Roborock products are among the best in the game. After having an issue with a self cleaning mop style vacuum I'm glad I went back to the basics and got this one. Huge dust bin and long battery life allow it to clean my entire first floor with ease. The option to put in some mop cleaning liquid is nice as well. Great value for a top notch vacuum. The roborock app is easy to use and setup as well. Let's you do anything you want with the settings easily.

The main reason I chose this model of Roborock is the lifting mop feature when changing from rugs to hardwood floors. The quality of mopping is not as good as the vacuuming suction power (10000Pa) on this model. I assume a robot vacuum with two circular mops would do a better job than this system with a flat mop, which is just moved on the floor. Also, the size of this Roborock model is larger compared with S7 models, so more spots in the house are left un-vacuumed. I will purchase this robot vacuum, if is 1/2 the price listed today on Amazon( not more than $250." ).
