小学生の子供に、プレゼントしました。 日頃、鉱石や石の採取に興味ある子供なので その好奇心をくすぐる内容だったよつです。 とてもよい、プレゼントになりました。

子どもは嬉々として実験を楽しんでいましたが、説明文は英語のみだし、水晶を育てるのに必要な容器やら、火山の実験をするのに広い空間やら、水流を見るための2リットルのペットボトル2本やらはすべて親が用意しなければならず、それなりに親の対応力と事前準備力が問われます。実験なので注意書きやらその後の展開を良く読んでおかないと詰むか、危ない。英語力に自信が無い方は買わないほうが良いかなと思います。水晶はかなり立派なものが出来て、満足でした。

岩石に興味がある小学5年生には大満足な内容でした。ただ日本語の説明がなく英語を和訳する必要がありました。単語を調べれば何とかいけます。あと石膏を練るための容器が付属してなくどんぶりサイズのカップうどんの器を代用してみました。
