I’ve only been using this sodium butyrate for a few days, so I don’t have a full opinion yet. I usually used another brand, Aliness, but it’s quite expensive, and this one cost about half the price. Since I know Ostrovit and it had good reviews, I decided to give it a try. So far, I don’t notice any pros or cons. As with any sodium butyrate, it can help if you often feel unwell after eating. We’ll see if it works differently from Aliness, which I’ve used for the last 15 years — if so, I’ll update my review. For now, it seems fine.

Tudca, seems to be a very good item. It's a bit like sodium buoderate, very good to clean and detox the liver. It also will escort Seed oils and other stuff you don't want in your liver out of the body. Hoay

its true, i am taking quite a number of supplements and i do feel generally better for it but i am eating remarkably better than i was. The reason behind my purchase is for potential gut health improvements to aid digestion of all these supplements to help absorb i gave 4 stars as i don't know of any measurable benefit as of yet as of just over a week. gut repair with my history of abuse feels it should take some work and time
