Outstanding customer service
The saw is priced low for the quality and precision that you get in my opinion. It cuts very accurately with good power. Customer service I will add was excellent. One of the plastic handles was broken on arrival due to handing and possible packaging for shipment. I called the seller because yes, they have a phone number and I got a real person. They IMMEDIATELY sent out a selection of replacement handles and knobs at no charge that arrived in just two days. You can't beat that with a stick.

NO GOOD!
Wheels have a huge rise in the center to hold the rubber ring on........that rubber ring goes flat as soon as you put tension on it and if you're using a smaller blade it WILL NOT stay on. Just slips right off the front or back and adjusting it does absolutely no good. The table will never be square because the blade runs way off center as does the entire unit when you put tension on the blade. The whole unit bends when tension is placed. Vacuum port is way too small and the grate blocks most of that. Miter gauge is way loose. Took a lot of painters tape to fix that. I made an acrylic (plexiglass) cover for the top thinking it would help but, the blade is just too off center compared to the miter track. In the end I returned it.

Great benchtop bandsaw
Just as good as the top brand and nearly identical without the expensive name on it. I can’t believe I got it for as cheap as I did. When it first came I looked it over for an hour trying to find an issue and explanation as to why it was so cheap but nothing, it’s great

Five Stars
Very good entry level saw. Have cut aluminum and steel with no problems. Would buy again. Update 9-25-17 The transmission gear was shredded due to poor lubrication and left over debris. While it did fail within the warranty period, as an FYI, replacing it would cost $250. The price at the time of purchase was unbeatable ($350) and I still would buy again if I had known to read more about this particular model and the issues of poorly lubricates gearboxes.

Doesn't cut square
I bought this saw because I needed something to cut steel at exact angles. This bandsaw cannot cut a true 90° or 45° angle no matter what you do. Cuts steel good but without being accurate its useless to me. If it cut square it would have been a nice metal saw.

Cutting 1-1/2 inch cold rolled steel
I'm using the band saw to cut steel & aluminum to make jigs. Cut 1-1/2inch x 1-1/2 inch cold rolled steel without any problems. Seams well built so, except for changing blades, should last me a long time.

I like it but the fasteners are made from cheap brittle plastic, had 2 of them break after 10min
Very disappointed in the cheap plastic used for the fasteners, 2 of them broke with very little effort besides that it works great.

Trabaja muy bien cortes exacto. Pero el motor se calienta, creo le falta una pequeña trasmisión.

The unit works fine but the plate that you slide the product on is very poorly manufactured. The screws loosen up and the plate starts to rock and they don't make it possible to tighten them easily. Poorly manufactured.

Used the saw a few times works great for the money very satisfied

I have had this bandsaw for about a year now, it still works great. I have probably made about 2000 cuts on it so far. I was debating between this and a cold cut saw, I'm glad I went with this because it can make big cuts while you work on other things. Well made for the money (stand is cheap, motor quality is unknown but would be easy to replace. The saw itself appears to be bulletproof.

The price looked great but the quality is not there, the blade was not aligned and it wouldn't turn on. I should have listened to the other reviewers and left this unit alone. There is a WEN unit available on Amazon.com that looks much better but the CDN price is not in line.
