Everyone who’s ever died there hair at home before a vibrant color at least, knows the brand manic panic. You can’t compare other hair dies to them, simply put. There the best out there. Huge array of colors to choose from, colors are vibrant and beautiful. Best of all is the longevity of the die. I’ve always used manic panic colors for this reason, I’d rather bleach and die my hair once every 5-6 months vs every 2-3 with other brands. And touching up is so easy and simple, especially because there is so much product in each jar. I bought this and died half my hair and have at least 2/3rd’s of the jar still left. I plan to touch up my roots next week and I’ll still have 1/2 the bottle left for whenever I want to redye over it, and I won’t have to bleach again simply put it right on top. Look up this brands reputation, you’ll purchase the product after. Love, love, love this color !!! It’s lighter blue with a hint of aqua - (check the chart on there website you’ll see the EXACT colors) that’s also the best about them, what you see is what you get. The color they show is the exact color your hair will be IF you do what they suggest. They show you if you don’t bleach the color it’ll be, if you have blond hair already the color it’ll turn out like, and if you bleach the color it’ll turn out like. I bleached my hair this time, and if you put my hair next to the swatch they show you it would be identical. Amazing product, lasts longer then any other, vibrant array of colors - huge array to choose from, well packages was still sealed tight with sticker tapes on the sides to show it’s never been opened before. Shiny vibrant amazing colors !

I've been dying my hair myself since 2010, colorful shades since 2014. I've never found anything that works better than Manic Panic. I have tried splat, ion brights, and a few others. Every time I have used a different brand I've ended up going out and buying the closet matching Manic Panic and dyeing over them--they just don't have the holding power, brilliant color, or leave my hair healthy the way Manic Panic does.I just moved to a new town, and the Sally's doesn't have as big a selection as I'm used to. I went in looking for Enchanted Forest, Siren's Song was the closest they had. I DO NOT REGRET THIS. It's greener than it looks in the package, but definitely has strong blue tones. I was dyeing short hair, about an inch of previously bleached and dyed, and an inch of virgin brown roots. It gives a great tone to my brown hair, and shows up just so vibrant and pretty on the bleached parts. I'm going to keep dyeing as I grow my hair out, I think the green highlights and bright tips will really look stunning.

Color was not pigmented tried on my hair and a friends hair different shades of blonde and it washed out almost completely on both of our heads. Idk if the jar was expired no good or what but awful very disappointing. Manic panic usually does well this siren color not at all

Unfortunately Sally Beauty stopped carrying this color. They still sell Manic Panic, but I thought this color had been discontinued. Turns out you just have go get it directly from Manic Panic or their Amazon store.Great color, love that it glows in UV/blacklight. Pairs excellently with their uv green Electric Lizard.

made my hair hella soft and it was very pigmented

Okay I’m writing this while my hair is still drying.. however I wanted a ombré type style because I wanted to do something that I had never done before. I have dark brown hair so I ordered manic panic bleach (which did a good job) and then siren dye. I used the entire container on my head and left it on for 90 minutes. After the 90, I rinsed it out with cold water (like the reviews suggested). As I’m looking at my hair, I notice that most of the color was rinsed out too. My hair is sadly not at all as vibrant and lovely like the other reviews :( I definitely will be trying a different color because it looks more like I had color that faded over a long period of time . I am NOT blaming the color or brand , as maybe it just doesn’t take to hair like mine. I will be trying a darker blue to see if that does a better job. Second time is a charm hopefully :)

I've used so many different brands of hair color, my friend recommended Manic Panic because they are cruelty free. I put the color in, following all directions, after washing it out and drying there was almost NO color left in my hair. I tried it again immediately and still, it was like my hair had been washed through for weeks, that's how faded the color was.I'm so disappointed, the product looks so pigmented but I used the entire container and there was almost nothing to show for it, a WASTE of money! Went right back to Arctic Fox!
