This seemed like a great product at first and was extremely easy to hook up to my iPhone. The only reason I gave it one star was because it was useless as far as trying to hear it. Even holding in my hand, I could not hear it play music very well. There’s no way I could hear it through a wallet or in a pants pocket or in another room.

If you order this tracker, I hope it works for you! It never worked for me. 1) after I charged, the battery I connected it to my “Find My” app. It was easy once you read the manual. The was a function I really did understand why this product even needs it. “Sleep mode”. Why would a product like this need to be waken up when it goes to sleep before you can connect to it from your “Find My” app? Then I registered to product and thought the card was working. 2). Next day: I thought I tried using my “Find My” app to track my wallet. The wallet was next to me! “Find My” app responded that it can not connect to the tracker. I tried waking it up, didn’t work. Tried turning it on and off, even tried deleting and reinstalling in “Find My” app , it never worked! The only thing that worked was connecting to “Find My” app. 3). I tried sending a note to the support sight, they are as dead as the tracker. The only thing that worked was sending them the note, just like the tracker …. Dead! 4). There is a happy ending: Amazon’s return was easy and got the refund confirmation within 24 hrs! Thank you Amazon from something that works!

This item is useless. It connects with the iPhone but when you want the item to give you a tone, it says it is unreadable. Gives you a short battery life even after the blue light goes solid, say it is fully charged. Run away from this product. Don’t waste your money

tried to charge before first use and a several intent with no charge result I left on the charger for 12 hours and nothing happened. because it is only 15 dollars I won't be returning it. maybe is a defective unit but anyway I strongly advise others don't buy this one, get another instead.

This card stops working after just a couple of months. Although it still has power, it disconnects from iCloud, which means you can’t locate it or make it ring. That renders the device completely useless. I followed all the troubleshooting steps on the website (this is a known issue!), but most of them require access to the card itself—something you obviously don’t have if the item is lost. The only solution that worked was removing the card from my Find My account and reconnecting it, which again, isn’t possible if the item is missing. For a product designed specifically to help you find lost items, this is a fundamental flaw. It’s an absolute waste of money.

Looks nice ie all does not work with iphone, even when far away, says with you does not identify location also iphone does not recognize the brand we were traveling and could not open it till we returned and then found that the return window has passed. weould strongly urge people not to buy this item if you want to connect to an iphone cannot give less than one star Does need a charger ie extra cost

I misplaced my wallet and tried to use the tracker in it. Didn't help at all! The sound was too quiet so it couldn't be heard. Next time my wallet was missing and I used the tracker to find it all I could get was "ITEM NOT REACHABLE". same message even after I found my wallet and held it next to my phone. Completely worthless!

Ordered because says 1.7mm thick, but what I got says 2.4 clearly on the box, over 40% thicker which is not a small amount and doesn’t fit well in wallet.

充電もスムーズですが、電池の持ちもいいですね。2032電池タイプと併用してますが、体感的にこっちの方が減らないですね。百均電池なので、容量わかりませんが笑

財布無くしたら終わりやから、中にいれてます、細かい位置までわかっていいのと、音なるから無くした時も見つけられるのが便利
