Very nice enclosure. I would consider this as a relatively smaller size enclosure, because it does not have a "corridor" but openings on both sides. This would be perfect for multiple cats family that the owner worries if a dominant cat would block the others' access to the litter box. The assemble is simple and user manual is easy to follow. I spent like two hours because of some mistakes I made - be aware of directions of the plates as it could be tricky and mess up later steps. The enclosures could hold the litterbox I use 38 x 47 cm) with no problem. It hides the litter box away, making the space looks neat, and create some secret space for my cats and they seem to enjoy it. I place some silicone mats underneath to prevent any leaking. I normally clean the interior of enclosure furnitures every two weeks to prevent odor from building up.

Best ever! Fit Iprimio XL stainless steel Litter box with splash extension. Wonderful. Very easy to set up, less than 30 minutes (alone). Looks better than pictures. Smell very significantly less. Close to none. Very recommended!

This is amazing!! Very well built. Better quality than Ikea in my opinion (to give a comparison). Easy to assemble with extra screws and such (better too many than not enough!). I absolutely love this!!! I bought a second! EDIT: not a hit against the product, but if your cat pees over sides of litter box it will make a huge mess in this cabinet. Trying to find a litter pan or box with high sides for this size has been tricky for me. I have a second cabinet in the bigger size and finding a litter pan was no issue for it.
