This is pretty good and works better when I combine it with L-Theanine. Both of these are natural and that is what is important to me.

Since I started taking this supplement, I've experienced the worst constipation issues. I wouldn't advise to use for this purpose. It helps with sleep but it's not so gentle on the stomach. So it's a no no for me.

Took this 2 times. Slept for 2 hours and was up pretty much the remainder of the night.Seller won't accept returns so pretty much wasted my money.
