How do you open the little space at the top to squeeze out the cream?

Really...just like any liquid product there is a safety seal that must be removed. The top is a twist top. Figure out the rest. This is just lazy.

It’s a very thick cream. Is that how it’s supposed to be? I wonder if mine is spoiled

There’s 2 diff formulas. Liquid and gel. I only use the liquid. Yes- it’s water consistency but it’s not made to use like typical cuticle softener/removers. I place it on my nails holding my hand downward in the sink. I also place it in a smaller bottle and use a dropper. It’s made for salon professionals to be applied on the clients finger/toes while in the Pedi chair or over a manicure bowl. THE BEST….PERIOD! Try it you’ll love it! It literally removes dry cuticles and dead skin in less than a minute. I’ll never use anything else.
