Best for eliminating batteries
This is a standard pulse ox with the benefit of being recharged. Not with just a mini usb either. USB C. Thats a huge plus for me since most of my devices are USB C. I can charge this without having yo use one specific cable. I can charge it between patient visits and don't have to mess around with batteries.

It’s rechargeable. Nothing to complain so far.
Modern display technology. The display is clear. I trust this accuracy since I brought it to the hospital where I worked today and compared it with the oximeter we had in the facility. Both readings were the same. It’s easy to read too.Great monitor for a fair price. Plus, it rechargeable, which means I don’t need to buy batteries for it, this is the feature I love about it. My family like it. It’s so small, it came with a cute container, I can carry it with me anywhere, especially when I and my family go running together.Overall, nothing to complain so far and meets my expectations.

This unit reads too slow and you must be perfectly still
I wanted to like this because of the USB charging capability. But, it wont work if your fingers are even slightly cold. And it is not good to use while working out because the slightest movement will result in no reading. It takes too long even if you are still.It will get added to my collection :-)

6% lower oxygen reading than the hospital equipment
I bought 2 oximeters. One read consistently a 6% lower oxygen saturation reading (90%) than the doctor's equipment (96%) which I consider the correct value. The 2nd oximeter turned on for about a second and then turned off likely due to a defective battery.I returned both oximeters and will try a different brand.
