I have multiples of these silicon mats. They work a treat at saving my baking sheets and pans from dirt and grim. Now, these rarely fit perfectly in my pans, but I cut them down to fit whatever tray they are going into. They are very durable, I've had mine for years and years and they are still holding up perfectly. I haven't had anything stick to them that wasn't easy to remove. I make a lot of confections including toffee and nothing sticks to these at all. They are so easy to clean and I haven't had one issue with them. Good mats, work well, non-stick and very easy to wash. Ultimately they're very good but they are quite large. I originally ordered these to put on top of baking trays in the oven but they overlap a fair bit and so don't sit flat.I tried it under the grill too and it seemed to create some sort of smoke/steam so while they can handle oven heat, the grill might be a bit too direct and hot for these mats.

First time I’ve used anything other than greaseproof paper so wasn’t sure what to expect. Pretty impressed with how well they worked with chips and other stuff which usually stick to the baking sheet. Food just slips off easily without having to scrape off with a fish slice. No need to oil cookware and much easier to clean up when it’s cooled down.

Really good. Much better than tin oven trays. I just put it in dishwasher after use.
