Love this boot quality product. But I got the sole area front one shoe is sole broken . My question is why not before packing the seller did not check it . there is QC Quality control department . But it seems no one checked .

Incredibly big in the heels, so I had to return. Otherwise seemed really good quality.

Being prior military and having worn one single pair of these the full four years of my service, I was very eager to get another pair. Just like the ones I wore in the service, these are built with what seems like very good quality material. Now for the bad news (for me anyway). I wore them once and after about 2 hours, was in so much pain I found myself incapacitated due to the ginormous gash my new boots were digging into my heel. I know and expect to have a break-in period with these or any footwear. This was not that! Where the upper back of the heel meets with the upper of the back has a ledge of thick leather protruding into the inside of the boot. Sadly, there is no amount of break-in time to correct this situation. Can't stress enough that I have no issue with the quality of materials. I have slim ankles anyway, something I've grown accustom to, but that has nothing to do with the ledge caused by the material inside the boot. I'm willing to try a different pair, hopefully they'll be better for me.

It is a excellent boots , I am using it last 7 days on my duty , nil issues, being summer in New Zealabd ar the present , the jungle boots gives me dry and comfortable at all times.
