OXO Good Grips Countertop Cereal Dispenser

These are great! I use them in a sorority house. They are well worth the money. Great quality!!!

Keeps the kitty food air tight! I liked that the whole packaging was all covered and shipped sealed and safe. Easy assembly. Holds a lot!

I love my cereal dispenser. I am disabled with the use of only one arm and I can't tell you how much this is a time saver and allows me to use less energy. Instead of getting the box and opening it up and trying to pour it with one arm that is weak as it is, all I have to do is push down the lever and I have cereal in a bowl. I probably wouldn't put large cereal in there such as frosted wheats, but I put Chex cereal in there and it seems to work fine, not getting clogged. The only thing that I wish is that they would make this in black. My whole kitchen is stainless steel and black/gray countertops. The white really kind of sticks out, but I've put it in a corner where it can't be seen. Also, the dispenser is taller than it seems in the pictures and the videos. Mine does not fit underneath the countertop. So I put it to the side of a cabinet that I don't open. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, I love it.

I purchased these dispensers for dog food and they serve the purpose cleanly and precisely. Food does not get trapped or crushed. A removable tray makes any clean-up easy. The assembly was so incredibly simple is laughable. I wondered 2 things: #1- how the hopper would stay put considering the top heavy design and #2- what the built-in lock button was for. Well, the lock is for the hopper to stay in place. The lid has such a strong seal that I can not smell the dog food. They also have an attractive design. They really go well in my kitchen.

Did some research, and chose this dispenser. And it works marvelously.And you can generally know if there’s some cereal stuck in between. So I usually just jiggle the knob to make sure nothing is stuck.And it’s been almost a week and my cereal is still fresh. Took a moment to realize how to put it together. I almost put the knobs upside down. So beware.However this guy is too large for a single adult. But it serves its purpose well.And I would definitely invest in more if they have them in variety of sizes. But if you don’t have the space, or your cabinets are too low, I wouldn’t get this, unless you have adjustable shelves in your cabinets.

We have a lot of Oxo products in our house, so I know I’m going to get something that’s good quality. Easy to assemble taking about 2-3 minutes. Very sturdy, and easy to use. My wife loves feeding our chipmunk population, so it’s filled with peanuts to make filling ziplock bags easier. Took one bag to get the operation down, but it’s perfect for what we’re using it for. Where my wife used to spend half an hour filling baggies, she’s now done in 3 minutes filling one bag in about 2 seconds.

The media could not be loaded. Love that it is so easy to use! My 7 yo and 4 yo can both operate it. It’s made breakfast in the mornings so much easier! My kids can independently get cereal now. Sometimes it has tiny pours- like it’s empty. But I think it’s from the bigger cereal I’m using and I did slightly over fill it the first time causing it to be a bit compacted and not allow cereal to fall down the spout. A simple half tilt backwards resolves that issue and I know not to overfill in the future. The canister locks into the base so it’s not accidentally pulled off or spilled. You can operate using either one or both levers- perfect for left or right handed users. The bottom tray lifts out to be easily wiped down if dirty. Seal is very good- much better than off brand versions!
