I bought this for my mum who has rhumatoid arthritis and suffers with thinking of the nails and ingrown toenails,she has corns and a lot going on on her feet. This has made her feet brilliant no more painful ingrowns thanks to the full range of attachments. This was worth every penny it's the cost of visiting the chiropodist just once now she doesn't have to walk on painful feet waiting for an appointment. Handy tool, great bits, easy change.

Left my nails perfectly manicured. The drill has various settings and is very powerful. The only down side is that as a UK resident the plug adapter was wrong so I had to order an attachment for that before I could use.

I used the manicure set for the first time today. I have a Hammer Toe that also has an ingroing toenail. If I don't cut it for a while it hurts if the end of the nail hits something, like the end of the shoe. I used the Saphire disc and Saphire Cone on it. It took about 15 minutes to trim. Shows how bad it was, but at the end the nail had been trimmed and no pain holding the toe against anything. The Saphire Disc is very good on the big toes. I was a bit anxious about the cone slipping off the nails and on to the skin, but no problem it didn't hurt when it happenned. It is reasonably quiet in operation, so overall, extremely happy.

I had return It because the original attachment Replacement Very expensive , I had return the item and amazon customer care had deduct 10.00£ From the Total refutable price , I am not sure what is the reason ? even the item is Dispatched from and sold by Amazon. In long term the device is very expensive to use plus is not guarantee to find Cheap original attachment replacement because it is unique design for the device, snd on the other hand It is very difficult for you to find cheap universal Attachment to buy online For certain devices.

This is a brilliant product. Easy to use and very gòd results. My hubby used it for my feet and he loved it. The machine fitted the hand easily and glided through the dead skin. I would certainly recommend

this pedicure kit comes with only a EU two pin plug, it has to have an adapter for use in the UK. I ordered this after reading a previous question and answer that stated it came with a UK plug. It dosn't. So have to order an adapter, and that does not change the voltage. So if it is made for the EU it will have a different voltage for use in the UK!!. The set on the whole seems to quite flimsy, will it last, only time will tell. Very dissappointed.

With having an ingrowing big toe nail. Plus being a disabled War Pensioner, I tried to get the Scottish NHS to deal emy toenails, but all I was told that they'd take the nail off. On my late wife having had toe nail problems I saw a site on the www that recommended getting this type of kit, and whilst some were very cheap the adage of you get what you pay for the same buying this item, which has been ideal, and slowly the problem is going away as I keep triming my nails.
