When I first received these I was a little disappointed. I thought how are these going to work with dough. They appeared flimsy. However when I used them for my dough, I realized how well they actually worked. I was impressed how well they scraped the bowl and got all of the dough out.

These SURDOCA dough scrapers are a fantastic value for the price! They’re easy to use and clean, and the size is perfect for handling dough. The color options are nice and make them easy to spot in the kitchen. The grip feels secure in hand, and they don’t slip during use, which is a big plus. The only minor drawback is that the material is a bit stiff compared to silicone, so it doesn’t flex as much. Overall, they’re durable, practical, and a great addition to any baking setup!

Took forever to arrive. Scrapers met expectations. It's difficult to write a glowing report about a few pieces of plastic.

Being new to sourdough, the last thing you want is to be spending loads of money. These are handy to have and work for multiple things. Cutting dough, scraping your bowl, scraping the counter, etc. I haven't had any problems with chipping or fraying of the edges. They're nicely flexible without being weak, I do wish they were just slightly bigger, but overall no complaints.

PERFECT size for scraping small quantities of pastry dough. Fantastic for slicing through cookie rolls, cinnamon bun rolls, etc. It's square but flexible material acts like a squeegee but for food. Fast delivery and great price.!

I use them almost every time I bake! They are easy to hold onto and fit the curves of bowls quite well. They are very durable and work quite well as crusty pan scrapers too

These scrapers are great. I am able to fully incorporate flour, etc. for pizza dough easily with no kneading necessary. Every bit of dry ingredients are scraped cleanly into the dough. They are comfortable to hold and are a good size and thickness without any concern or breaking. Easy peasy cleanup in the dishwasher and they tuck away conveniently in the drawer til next time.

Great for cleaning up after making dough. Makes getting all the dried up or sticky dough off my bench top so easy. Perfect for shaping loaves of bread too.
