New Balance Men's Composite Toe Cremorne Fresh Foam Work Shoes

I've been wearing New Balance running shoes religiously for work for years now, but being in a warehouse I want to start wearing safety toe boots with ankle support. I footbed is removable, I prefer to use Easy Feet insoles. I also changed out the laces for something slightly elastic. Also the laces that come with the boots are kind of squeaky and don't tighten smoothly. That's really my only complaint. Compared to their running shoes, these aren't nearly as comfortable, but for work boots they are quite comfortable. There's good range of movement in the ankles while still being supportive. I wear metatarsal pads with them, but don't have any foot pain wearing these for 8 hour shifts. There was a small break-in period, but nothing to write home about. I also really like the color. The orange and blue really stand out on the brown model (I also use blue laces). And scuffs don't show on the dark shade of brown so they still look in great condition after over a month of wear. They may also be waterproof. I was standing outside in light rain for about twenty minutes and my feed stayed dry.

They run a half size big. The insole is comfortable for all day standing.

I really like these work shoes. I was wanting something for woodworking projects and something that would protect my toe. I like work boots but they’re so bulky and heavy. These are lighter much more comfortable and easier to wear with shorter socks. They are very comfortable and cushy right out of the box, but I imagine they will take some time to break in. They have a wedge on the back of the heel that I thought initially looked kind of funny but actually it’s very easy to step on it and pull the boot off with your other foot. So it works out actually quite good. I’m gonna try these for a while and see how they do but for what I need it will work just fine. They do run big so I usually take about 11 1/half and I had to get several sizes before I decided on the 10 1/2. So you might have to get two pairs and try them on and then return the other one. That’s what I did.

Not very comfortable. The removable insole inside is terrible. I absolutely hate how much sole sticks out the back. They are pretty light weight though. I thought they would breathe better than they do. They are supposed to be wde and aren't very wide especially where the toe cap ends. I get them dirty and greasy the first day so can't return them. I can only wear them for 4 hrs. need them for 8. Look cool but not good.

They’re good no water gets inside a little loose. Looks a little big than my regular boots, but it is working just fine.
