Tried using it for headphones in iphone 15. Didnt work. Update: Not for audio. They gave me a full refund.

I bought this and it works fine — but it doesn’t charge your phone. I had a 2 hour trip and my phone was at 50%, and while listening to music and plugged into my CarPlay, my phone was at 9% by the time I got to my destination.

Got some Lightning/USB-A cables that need to plug into Android USB-C so I tested the adapters using my desktop PC and an Android phone. First port I tried only showed as charging but after moving to another port all good - charging and data transfers perfect. And yikes, were the transfers fast, like lightning I suppose. 5 Stars 'cause USB + PC can be temperamental, doncha know?

This charger is wonderful. When you put the pencil in to charge, the lights next to it flash to show that it is charging. When I the pencil is fully charged, the lights are steady and do not flash, so you know that it is finished charging. Also, the holder for the cap is very helpful. I was a little worried that I might not be able to get the cap out of the holder, but it was fine. I just used the pencil to pick up the cap. The only thing is, I wish that the cord to plug it in was longer. I believe the length is 3.3 feet long, which is not long enough for me. I wish it was just a bit longer, such as maybe 4 feet long. But I really like how it works, so I guess it will be fine!

Update: customer service for this company is the best I have ever had. That said, the failure rate I experienced was way too high. They said they would provide feedback to the mfg to improve the product. If that happens I would definitely give them 5 stars. I bought one package of these and one of the adapters quit. So I bought another set, lo and behold one of those quit. Looked down inside and I can see that contacts on the lightning connector are bent down inside. I do not recommend these.

I got this to use on my new iPad - my only apple device with a C charger. It didn't work - it fit perfectly and the battery icon would turn green as if it was charging and the "not charging" sign would come on. I am returning them.

Für meine Zwecke funktionieren die Adapter gut. Man sollte sich beim Verwenden von Apple-Lightning Ladegeräten aber bewusst sein, dass viele Ladestecker, wie die von den den alten Handys, nun mal nicht die Leistung haben, wie sie bei manchen Geräten mit USB-C Anschluss inzwischen gebraucht werden! Kommt also ein wenig darauf an: Welche USB-C Geräte will ich den womit laden? Wer „nur“ das neue Handy mit dem jetzt langsam dann doch mal vereinheitlichtem USB-C Anschluss laden will, und sich damals für das alte I-Phone mit Lightning noch ein besonderes Kabel gekauft hatte (Oder wie ich: der das Kabel damals fest unter dem Schreibtisch verlegt hatte und zudem aktuell noch zwei Handys mit unterschiedlichen Anschlüssen in Gebrauch hat…) für den sind die Dinger Gold wert! P.S.: Habe gerade nochmal getestet: eine mit Lightning-Anschluss ausgestattete Endoskop-Kamera funktioniert mit diesen Adaptern tatsächlich nicht an USB-C. Aber das stand ja bereits in der Beschreibung: „Not for OTG“ Versuchen wollte ich es trotzdem mal. Hätte ja sein können…

Comme toujours ces petits convertisseurs sont pratiques pour utiliser chargeurs et câbles sans avoir à réfléchir au moment de choisir lesquels emporter pour les vacances. J'ai plusieurs modèles différents permettant de combiner un peu tout, dans une jolie petite boite, que j’emmène partout avec moi comme ça je suis parée à tous les besoins.
