I'm concerned about the ingredients. On site it only lists 5 healthy ingredients but one the comments list a plethora of bad ingredients.. Help!

I read the bottle and it has only 5 ingredients.I check everything before I buy it to make sure.There is a nice lady named Lori at Stur that can answer any more in depth questions.

Which five flavors are used in this variety pack?

Strawberry, Lemon, PomeCranberry, tea with Lemon and Orange Mango. If you order the six pack you get the same flavors plus an unsweetened flavor called Cucumber Mint.

Is the asorbic acid gmo?

People should have paid attention in chemistry class. Ascorbic acid is exactly the same, regardless of the source. The same is true of any compound. If it is an identical compound to that which is produced naturally, there is NO DIFFERENCE. The whole GMO debate is over 2 non-related issues. The first is a new chemical compound created by the plant, hence possible unknown biological interactions, and the second is what impurities may have been created that tag along with that compound. Ascorbic acid is not gmo. It may have been produced by a plant that was gmo, it may have been produced in the lab, or it may be totally natural. They are all the same.

Mine didn't come with instructions, can someone help me out?

It's condensed so start with one squirt in water or carbonated water. (I like it in La Croix) Add more if you want a stronger flavor.
