Out of all the berberine supps I’ve tried, this one is the only one that had a bitter taste (before drinking it with water). Not a big issue at all though because it’s effective.

Awesome, good quality product. I have already noticed a huge improvement in my GI health as well as some reduction in waistline. Many of my symptoms of high blood sugar have also disappeared. No nasty side effects.

Results are always good with bloodwork. The berberine really curtains my sweet tooth and "hunger urges".

This really does work to suppress your appetite. I don't know about the other benefits but I know I don't have the munchies at night anymore!

I honestly don’t know if it’s working to lower my blood sugar yet. I’m just really pleased that I had no stomach pain because I’m sensitive to many supplements & prescription meds.
