Parents may not realize so many lower GI "tummy aches" are constipation. Whenever my children complain of lower tummy aches, we do one of these, and problem solved. Pain is gone! Constipation, not drinking enough water, too many sugary drinks, too much juice, eating too many constipating foods like cheese, applesauces, peanut butter, and not enough fiber in the American diet. This leads to the key issue is that your child's colon is totally backed up most likely. It has nothing to do with your child's control over their bladder, getting too busy, not caring, ignoring the sensation to go, etc. Before using this product you must read the book, follow the steps, but of course see a urologist. However, most urologists will think his protocol is too extreme, but trust me when I say after three years of trying absolutely everything the doctors were telling us to do, nothing worked or cured my child. After just 2 months of using his protocol called M.O.P. Her problem is nearly gone! From multiple pee accidents daily for years, to nearly none now. I can't tell you what a life saver this product and his books have been. I bought a case of these and they sat in the cabinet for a few months. My child would not let me give them at first as she was afraid. Finally, let us do one and now she knows it doesn't hurt at all, as this is IPad time. Since we started the protocol it has changed everything. If your child is remotely showing any signs of daily wetting accidents beyond the normal potty training age which is about age 3.5, do yourself a favor, and read the book before you get upset at your child one more time. It's not your child, it's their colon full of poop is the problem pressing on their bladder, and forcing the pee to spurt out. It's not your child's control or lack of caring. He also has a book called the M.O.P. Book that you must get if you plan on trying this. The book for children is called "Bedwetting and Accidents Aren't Your Fault" which saved us! I recommend buying all three books and a case of this product all on Amazon if you have tried everything else. Don't be afraid, it works and you and your child will see how easy it actually is. My child would not let me do them until age 6, so she struggled with this problem for 3 years! Like I said every recommendation from our doctors we followed. I even brought the books in to show our urologist, and thought using enemas was too extreme. It's not at all, cleans the colon out, takes the poop crushing the bladder out slowly over time, and before you know it your child's bladder is back to normal size and can hold pee for longer than 20 minutes. We did Miralax for 3 years, 3 different prescription medications, fiber monitoring, tons of water drinking, and everything else they told us to do. Of course every single teacher has to know what's happening with your child when they have this problem, which is hard too. Socially, as they get older, the problem becomes even more stressful because it is an embarrassing problem anyway. Trust me moms, this is the ONLY thing that has worked. I highly recommend reading the books, and trying this therapy protocol this if you have exhausted all other attempts to help your child with this. If you doctor does and X-ray and sees your child is "impacted" or is constipated, this product along with Dr. Stephen Hodges' books are the next step.

Easy to use, and appreciate the multitasking as we are going thru the M.O.Ps protocol. My son does not seem to mind the applicator tip, and the instructions on each box are clear.

I bought these in bulk as recommended by Dr. Hodges M.O.P. program. They are extremely easy to use and I had no resistance from my daughter after we got over the nervousness of the first one. This program was a huge game changer for us!!! I am SO grateful I stumbled across it. My almost 5 year old has had severe constipation since she was 18 months old and frequently had poop accidents in her undies. We could never go swimming in the summer bc she would poop every time she went in the pool. It's been a huge mess and I've cried so many tears over it. Went to the Dr, GI specialist... they all told me to keep using Miralax and eventually she would stop resisting and start pooping in the toilet. Her problem was so bad though that she could not poop without a suppository and they still just told me use Miralax! So frustrating!!!! Her constipations has had a huge impact on our relationship. If you want to encourage your kid to poop on the potty on his own, get this product. They won't enjoy it, but pooping on their own will be a dream compared to getting an enema. We had a kid with constipation/witholding issues forever. I mean for-ev-er. Started using this product and that poop came out. FINALLY. FINALLY. I wish we would have started it years earlier. They decided pooping on their own would be much preferred to penguin assistance. Yes they hated it, but WOW, did they feel better after a good flush out. I mean dancing joy better. Screw miralax. That stuff just causes anal leakage in a really constipated kid unless you can pour a quart down their gullets. This WORKS. Do it. Do it now. Get assistance from another adult to keep the kid calm and feeling cared for. Then do it. Skip the x-rays and do it. Skip the freaking gastroenterologist and do it. Also those exlax chocolate laxatives help with a continuously stuck kid. I'm so grateful to the product for saving my sanity and my child's lower GI track. After your kid is cleared out, you can you miralax to keep things soft, but not before unless they are big drinkers.

Our 14 year old, special needs son, cannot move his bowels on his own. These enemas have been a huge blessing and have kept us out of the hospital for repeat manual disimpactions…which were miserable for him, and extremely expensive for us. The price on Amazon is much better than in the store!

They work well and do the job. One of the tips was off when I opened the package...spilling the liquid all over and saturating the box. This one was not usable. I was hoping to get a replacement since I'm unable to use it but I couldn't locate a contact outside of returning the entire box. Since I already used one prior to discovering the broken package I can't return them for a replacement on them all.
