USA Pan1200MFLD-ST Bakeware Nonstick Cupcake and Muffin Pan with LId

This is great for baking cupcakes in liners. It bakes even and makes perfect cupcakes.

Cleans up nicely. I use cooking spray -- no paper liners. Muffins come out easily. I can't really comment on durability -- I've only used them a few times. Lid fits securely with extra height for muffin tops or frosting room. The short sides are extended making it very easy to handle -- two pans fit on an oven rack. I will be hand washing these pans as recommended.

This USA Bakeware Cupcake and Muffin Pan is the BEST! It is nice and sturdy, just like Grandma's...Heavyweight! The plastic cover snaps off and on very easily and makes it perfect for transporting the goodies!!! I highly recommend this USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Cupcake and Muffin Pan with Lid!!!

I absolutely love USA pans for their quality construction, durability, and ease of use. This cupcake pan itself appears to be similar to all my other U.S.A. pieces; however, the lid does not meet those same quality standards. I’ve purchased the pan and lid combination twice and both times had to return the item because the small plastic pins holding the lid latches were broken. This may have happened in shipping, but even so, the design is such that they would have easily broken during even the lightest use. I will probably purchase another USA cupcake pan to replace these damaged ones, but will buy a pan without the lid at a far less price than the pan/lid combo.

We have used this pan several times to make muffins. They didn’t stick and came right out of the pan. I also like how easy the lid is to get on and off the pan.

The pan is a heavy, good looking, and well-made. It makes a real difference in baking. I typically have weird looking cupcakes in my old oven, but with this tin they are actually very consistent and look great. I think the heavier material makes them rise more evenly. There are only two things I don’t like about this set. One is that the pan is longer than average, which means it won’t fit in my breville toaster oven, so I can only use it in my big oven. On the other hand, this makes gripping the pan and removing it without sticking a finger or a pot holder into a muffin much easier. So it’s only a negative feature if you have a particularly compact oven.The main problem is with the lid, not the pan. The little clamps on either side of the pan with some fold down clamps, much like what you find on plastic storage bins. Since you carry it with a handle on top, those clamps need to be working or you just lift the lead right off. Without the clamps, you also don’t get a good seal for storage, either. The lid won’t properly seal, it will just rest on top loosely. And unfortunately, one of my handles came loose in the cupboard first thing, and now it’s gone missing. The handles can get knocked off and still be replaced (there’s no sign that this one actually broke, just probably snapped off when another pan got shoved in the cupboard), but if they go missing your lid is unusable, either for storage or carrying. I’ve contacted the company about a replacement. Hopefully they will be available. Either way, the pan is great, but you kinda have to baby the lid, apparently.

Lid Doesn't fit or fasten to the pan. Nice pan but the lid is useless. Should have just paid $20 less for just the pan itself. Contacted the manufacturer and they told me to contact Amazon. I don't want to return it or a refund. I just want a lid that works as it advertised.

So easy to clean. Muffins bake evenly. It is so sturdy. I love it.
