Coconut Patties, Original, 12-Ounce (Pack of 4)

I first tasted these coconut patties when I was in Florida. Since that time, I always made a point to pick some up when I was there - especially for my choco/coconut lover partner in crime. Well, if you like chocolate, and you like coconut ... eat one of these things and you will feel like you went to heaven. They are very moist, with real pieces of coconut, and the chocolate is very rich. I have tried the other flavors, and can't say I really care for them - but every pot has a lid, right? So, you may like the other flavors. I was tempted to give these 4 stars only because they are SO bad for you ... haha. But, I can't blame them for making a tasty product ... I blame myself for having no self control when a box of these is around.

Better ingredients, better flavor than Mounds coconut & chocolate candy bar. Stunningly good. The original is the best, lime variant is worst, caramel is a nice change of pace, extra chocolate is redundant but tasty.

I recently received an order of the original flavor of these coconut patties from Amazon. They arrived fresh with no melting or damage to the contents. Upon my first bite of these squared delights I fell in love with the flavor and texture. The dark chocolate is high quality but does overtake the flavor of the coconut which is firm and full of true coconut flavor. If you love Mounds bars or are a true lover of anything coconut then these squares of paradise are for you. Also the price of these boxes is actually cheaper than ordering directly from the manufacturer and you cannot beat Amazon's free shipping which makes this a product I would order again maybe in the key lime or pina colada flavors in the future. Bottom line- a really great tasting coconut confection!

Have you ever been walking on the beach and smelt someone's sun tan lotion that was so coconuty and you just wish you could taste something that smelled that good? Well this is that product. I found these coconut patties while trying to find a replacement for the Disneyland coconut patties my mother sent me as a gift. Spot on! During my search for a replacement I tried Mounds but found the left over coconut pulp at the end, unappetizing.

Discovered these in Florida and loved them. So sweet & delicious. Not just good coconut but really good chocolate; goes perfectly together. Feels like I’m on vacation just kicking back with some coffee and one of these. Or two. Well, let’s make it three. (I don’t do this every day and I’m going to eat three anyway so taking them outta the box right now!)

These are delicious, most of the time. Taste like fresh Coconut. The contrast of the dark chocolate make for a lovely treat. My only issue is one order were stale. Looked old and coconut was yellowed. They were crumbling. That was only one order though. Ohers , the product was fine. Huge issue is they were inthe $25-0$29 range for several orders, and suddenly jumped up to $42. The seller promised to help me out with a coupon but never sent it. I wrote to them several times after their promise and they ignored me. I will never purchase anything from them again. Buyer beware. Since this is a product review, I didn't subtract stars for the sellers lack of attention or respect for their customers, here..
