The Executioner USA Patriot Limited Edition Fly Swat Wasp Bug Mosquito Swatter Zapper : desertcart.in: Garden & Outdoors Review: Works great Review: Holy hella KA-POW! This thig pops carpenter bees, and everything else, like popcorn. The trick is to hold the button to charge up the capacitors and then swing. The longer you hold, the more it's gonna zap those flying demons back to the 7th level from which they came. My only wish, is that the body of the 'racquet' was more solid. It's not flimsy; but it is plastic, so there is a slight wiggle. When sending the carpenter bees to the moon, I fear it may break-- it doesn't, but it's my fear. If it does, I'm buying another one anyways. I give The Executioner 5 Carpenter Bees.

it’s a little fragile gotta be careful not to hit anything with it. zaps flying insects really well. It’ll only stun a fly. You need to get it again when it’s on the ground or it’ll fly away in a few minutes, but mosquitoes and gnats what they just explode when he zap them good stuff.

I've had several of these and so far it works the best. It killed a wasp that was in our house with just a couple zaps. I'm personally not very good at swatting the bugs like a tennis racket - I prefer to wait until they are on a flat surface then trap them in and zap them.
