Almond Flour Pancake and Waffle Mix Original - Gluten Free, Plant-based, Paleo Friendly, Breakfast, 10 Oz, Pack of 6

While I don't have a gluten allergy, I have other food allergies that prevent me from eating regular pizza dough, as well as many of the other gluten free pizza doughs. This pizza dough is easy to make and roll out to whatever thickness you prefer (I make mine super thin). The taste is good, and it doesn't get soggy or fall apart when you add your toppings.

This crust is the bomb! You have to use it to understand it, but since we have used it so much, I can give you some feedback. This crust is great for anyone that is Paleo, or gluten-free. The trick is, to cook the crust at the prescribed temperature for 15 minutes, or until it is almost dry to the touch and barely starting to crack before putting the sauce and toppings on. Then you place it back into the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, and the pizza is phenomenal. The crust turns out crispy, and delicious. Note: if the crust feels too stinky, add some additional almond flour or coconut flour to be able to press it out. Press it out from the middle of your pizza pan using your palm, and you can get two full pizzas out of one box.

We love this product and prefer it over regular pancakes. Its healthy for you so that makes it even better. Just wish the box was bigger.

The product itself is wonderful. However I bougfht it in January 2025 and it has a good thru date of March 2025. (When bought in a supermarket usually the pull date is a year hence). Still, I eat a LOT of pancakes so it isn't a real problem. Just be aware that when you buy a discounted product on amazon, that it probably either is outdated or close to that.

10.7 oz No way can you make 12 waffles with 1& 1/2C of mix. I get 6-7 waffles, size- 6/12in X 6/12in. So expensive for such a small amount for the contents in the box. Yes these are healthier. I use to buy Kodiak 20oz until I researched it contains 2 high risk ingredients. You do get way more waffles with Kodiak, but I no longer buy due to what previous stated.
