Why did you pick this product vs others?: The item is nice, and it is serving our purpose. initially we found small amount of leakages from the tap portion, it rectified when we tightened it properly. this item is better to buy along with stand which supports for the easy maintenance.

Looks beautiful, works perfectly — but the stand could be sturdier
I really love the look of this glass water dispenser — it adds such a nice touch to my kitchen counter. The glass jar itself feels thick and good quality, and the tap works perfectly. Even though it’s made of plastic, it’s surprisingly sturdy, tight, and doesn’t leak at all, which I really appreciate. The only downside is the stand. It looks nice but feels a bit flimsy once the jar is filled with water. I wish it were made of stronger material or had a more stable design to support the full weight. Overall, it’s a stylish and functional dispenser that works well for everyday use — just be careful when placing it on the stand!

It’s a good product but it’s leaky as mentioned by many :( Not sure how to return as I threw away the box.

Really relaxed with the product
Tap quality is good. I got vexed by using pots with plastic tap. This review I’m writing immediately I fitted the tap. I will come back again after 1 month to give the review after using some period.
