Excellent knife for slicing fruit. You can slice a cucumber into really thin slices easily and Tomatoes etc. sturdy strong knife. Wash separately, it’s very sharp.

I have another very similar version. I just loved it, I have been using it for years. I decided to get other recently cause I just like it. But be careful this knife is quite sharp
