Love the look and idea of this item, received it in perfect condition and after one use it began cracking everywhere. I have tried contacting the company several times without any response.

we wanted a more fire pit feel for our backyard and that was big enough to fit in our previous wood firepit location. I love that it has a cover for the gas tank. our friends were over and didn't even notice the gas tank until we pointed it out. able to put your feet on the edge without getting too hot. love that when the evening is over we can just turn off the fire. easy to assemble.

This fire-pit looks exactly like it does in the photos. It's beautiful, solid and sleek looking, adding a nice touch to my patio. I kept the rocks that it comes with figuring I could always replace as other reviewers have noted- I find them to be nice and go with the feel of the fire pit. I'm so happy with my purchase! Two small issues: 1) When my tank cover arrived it was missing the "feet". I contacted customer service and received a response right away- they are sending them to me. 2) There is one design flaw which I wish was different: there is no door on the tank cover so you have to completely lift it off the tank whenever you want to turn your gas on and off. It's not a huge deal but of note if this is something that would bother you.

This put together well and worked right off the bat. It’s very nice looking. The issue we had sounds like one that others have had in that not everything was included in the box that was advertised. Ours was missing the PVC cover for the firepit itself. After some back and forth with customer service they did send us one. Definitely double and triple check to make sure you got everything. We also purchased fire glass rather than use the included lava rocks and it only needed 20lbs to fill it up. This obviously depends on the firepit you get but for the 56x28 rectangular one 20lbs was plenty.

Everything arrived in a box packed with enough cardboard and foam to ensure a safe delivery. The only assembly required is to screw the feet into the table and propane tank cover table and assemble the wind protector. It even comes with touch up paint which I thought was pretty cool. After everything was set up I gave it a test run. The igniter was sparking but it would not light the gas. To me, the spark sounded weak. I changed the battery but it was still weak. Luckily, I am a handy person, so I noticed that under the igniter guard the igniter (which has a bent tip) was angled towards the gas tube that the flames come out of, instead of towards the other little post under the guard. I disassembled the guard, unscrewed the bolt holding the igniter, turned the igniter so the bent tip was facing the other little post, and then tightened it back up and re-installed the igniter guard. I then tested the spark and it sounded correct- like on my grill. I turned on the gas and fired her up and voilá- worked like it sould have out of the box. I could see how this could be a problem for the consumer and the manufacturer in the future. The customer would be saying that it's sparking but not lighting and the manufacturer would have to pay for it to be sent back and then send out another unit to the customer. If you're listening COSIEST, a little more QA on the assembly could save you and future customers time and money. In my opinion this happened when the person assembling the unit was tightening the nut that holds the igniter in place. As it was tightened, it turned out of the correct position. Other than this minor issue for me, the table is absolutely beautiful and functions well. I am very happy with it. I would recommend this table. Note: the wind guard does not sit in the cut out for the rocks. It just sits on top of the table so it can move or slide out of position if bumped. I gave it 3 stars because for the price I paid, it should have came in perfect working condition.
