L-Citrulline is found in watermelon, which supplies a hefty dose of vitamin C, potassium, and this stuff. I grew up spending my summers swimming and having watermelon with friends and family, and I always attributed an afterward elated feeling to the sun-and-fun day, but now I'm getting older (40) and finding that the watermelon is primary, because I swim less and spend less time in the sun, but I still eat a lot of the watermelon when we get together. I researched the ingredient unique to watermelon and found this stuff. All I can say is that this stuff is a good mood elevator, and I've never needed to try Viagra, but I've found that this stuff has at times created an insatiable desire to get busy with the wife. Since I've started taking this, I feel more like a teenage boy again with a primal sex drive. This exact supplement isn't nearly as effective for that effect as the watermelon/bikini swim party days (which is why it got four stars :-), but I definitely feel a stronger sexual appetite than I have in a long time. I mix this with a morning tea/protein shake and a nighttime tea. It tastes fine and dissolves nicely. Quick delivery and quality product!
